50 Day Challenge

50 Day Challenge:
Picture of Your Insecurity

See that flat, fit, tight tummy in that picture?
It's gone.
I actually am currently only 90 lbs. but I STILL can't tone the little baby spot.
I know you girls know that spot.
The one just below your belly button???
That one.
Just goes to show you that being skinny ain't everything.
And trust me I've done 50 crunches 5 days a week and I STILL have the little baby spot.
stupid being pregnant and having an adorable, loving, goofy son.

I'm very insecure that I won't be accepted.
I think this is part of the reason why I am so comfortable and relaxed with being a parent.
He ain't got no choice. I'm him mom. Can't change that. (insert evil laugh).
I'm extremely outgoing and have a lot of bravado but that doesn't mean that I don't want to fir in too.
One of the reasons I think I had the panic attack the other day is because I often feel like I can't be myself. Which as most of my close friends know is a tad (or a lot) quirky.
I am very naive in many ways and tend (I mean always) to shut down in situations that make me feel threatened.
I know this sounds odd, but I feel as if I don't really understand people.
And yet I strive for approval.

the best thing about having children is that you are finally allowed to get over yourself because there is someone more important than you now.
